What you'll do
- Own reliability, observability, and incident response across the platform.
- Build the infrastructure and tooling the whole engineering team relies on.
- Make deploys boring — safe, fast, and reversible.
- Drive down latency and cost across data and serving pipelines.
What we're looking for
- Experience running production infrastructure at scale.
- Strong with cloud, containers, and infrastructure as code.
- A reliability mindset — you instrument before you guess.
- Calm, structured approach to incidents and on-call.
